Apartment Prices

Off-peak season

2024: 1.3.-24.3, 3.11.-21.11.

2025: 16.3.-30.3., 2.11.-27.11.

2026: 15.3.-2.4.26, 1.11.-26.11.26.

All other days are considered peak season.

Additional costs:

Visitor's tax of the Bad Aussee municipality: € 3.50 per person per day.

Additional guests who travel (please check with us prior to arrival) will be charged a fee of 30 euros pp/n.

Final cleaning flat rate: € 70 (ap. 1, or ap. 2), € 120 (ap. 3), as well as € 15 per pet (one-time fee).

Pets are welcome. However, an advance inquiry is required. We charge a fee of € 10 per day for each of your darlings. We kindly ask for your understanding that pets in the chalet grounds must be kept on a leash.

We will ask you to make a deposit of approximately 50% of the total price to complete the booking immediately after the reservation has been made.

Payment arrangements for payment of the balance: We prefer a bank transfer up to ten days prior to arrival.

It apply the rules of Austrian contract conditions for hotels (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen). We offer free cancellation four weeks before check-in.

Arrival from 4 pm or by prior arrangement.

Departure by 10 am or by prior arrangement.
